I claim today the topic of the rights. Today in the day of the hard-working woman, it is necessary to remember and it should return to define and valuing a trustworthy right regarding the housing, to the private property itself. To reduce the power of the money, especially of the appreciation related to the caprices of the rich men or the least rich men (this way the real-estate agents have managed to speculate on the human abandonment, making us believe that a small superfice can cost more expensive for the demand of the buyers that they wish to building when actually it is not like that), and to return to the valid exchanges from the point of view of the price of the products and of the choice of the means of production (what means to produce being served more natural means, without acceleration or overproduction in everything relating to the land, the Sun, the air, the oceans and also the human bodies). Since the bondholders have discovered another way of become rich by his bonds and his financial innovation and by the banking of investment and the new technologies, and not by the appreciations, now it have to be exercising a more control on it; still when the price of the housing is not clear yet, but undoubtedly what must remain clear is that is not possible to speculate on anything which is of a primary need. And why do I relate this to a feminine right or a right also for the men? Actually, which causes strangeness to many women is her lack of interest for this type of matters, which concern a right. But of the same form the man on having theorized on the right always has linked it to a select sector, and has forgotten to theorize for all, of the same way it is strange to all. And certainly there is a lack of sensibility not only ethical but for constructing a right. We understand so much better all that in the times in which the feminine right existed was not registering in writing and it was exercised free of the weight of the institutions that have proliferated in the patriarchal rates. Nevertheless, such a feminine right existed. The epoch in which the women were administering the social order was not chaotic as it has wanted to steady. The feminine right existed. The feminine right was characterized among other things for: the transmission of the beings and goods and of the mother’s surname to daughter, the privilege of the sisters and of born in last place, the importance of the divinity and the religious thing in a filiation, the designation of the natal country as “matria”, the local respect and local divinities. A symbolic systems tied to the art. The respect of the food that produces the nature, a respectful temporality of the paces of the life, of the cycle of the light, of the stations and of the years. Also the masculine theoretical have recognized this reality. The conditions of work, the technologies of production have not been invented not adapted for the equality from the perspective of the sexual difference. The aims of the work, his modalities are not defined equally for not for men and women. This way the equality appears at best in the question of the salary. So the equal right for an equal work is legitimate, and legitimate it is also that the women could go out of house and acquire his economic autonomy. Someone think this is already sufficient for his human identity. Personally I must say that is not. The new economic conditions call us to rethinking the whole social organization; differently to acquire a minimal freedom, the women will have to surrender to the imperatives of a culture that is not hers. We would have to collaborate in the construction of weapon of war or of pollutant instruments, to adapt to the paces of work of the men; even more, they would have to bend and contribute to the development of artificial languages that have to see nothing with her natural language, unpersonalization more and more every time, etc. This is not an equality of rights. In effect to have the opportunity to live on liberty, the women meet compelled to surrender to the men’ s means of production and to increase the capital or sociocultural heritage of these. Hardly they end up by entering the circuits of work, to coast, yes, of allienation her feminine identity. The voices that incite the women to come back home have the possibility of finding an echo and not necessarily between the most reactionary, as someone affirms with too many facility, but also between the women that they have the project to turn into women. This wants to say that practically there does not exist still a type of work that allows to a woman to gain the life herself as any citizen without allienate his identity in a few aims and in a few conditions of work done to the measure of the man. Not consideration of this problem contains many confusions and disagreements between the persons who collaborate in the liberation of the women. It gets lost a lot of time in mistakes, there are many misunderstandings that are supported by cynicism or unconsciousness on the part of the micro or macro established power. The own women are threatened between the minimum of social rights that they can obtain: to go out of house, to acquire economic autonomy, to have a certain social visibility, etc., and the psychological or physical price that they pay and make pay to others women; it is to say, this minimum;they know it or not clearly. All these confusions might be solved admitting that different rights exist for every sex and that the equivalence of the social statute cannot be established any more than by means of the codification of these rights for the representatives of the civil society. Therefore, this operation must be considered to be priority. The right to the human dignity, to the human identity, the civil and penal legality, the right to the maternity, the mutual duties between mothers and children, the women will have an equal representation as the men in all the places of civil or religious decision, since the religion is also a civil power. And the systems of exchange for example linguistic must reform to assure the right to an equivalent exchange man-to-man and women. Therefore, I claim here today the topic of the rights, both of the men and of the women, it is much to learn still in this area, in many domestic questions we are in abandonment, and I have based on the French authoress Luce Irigaray to write the body of this text.
